What is JumpUpon?
JumpUpon allows you to receive timely deals, discounts, and coupons, aka JumpUpons, from local restaurants, retailers, attractions, hotels, and other businesses, at a moment’s notice.

What is a JumpUpon?
A JumpUpon is a special deal from a local business in your area. We handpick deals and keep the right to turn down any deals that don’t bring our users significant savings.

Expect deals like:
  • Sam's Seafood has excess fresh Salmon - 40% off all Salmon dishes today
  • 50% off The Redman Group tickets for tonight's show
  • 60% off Super Suds car wash all weekend
What does ‘jump on it’ on the deal page mean?
If you see a deal that you like, click on ‘jump on it’ to receive your personal JumpUpon. Either print out your JumpUpon or show it on your mobile phone at the business to receive the deal.

What do I need to do to receive deals?
To receive our JumpUpon deal alerts, simply register here. Whenever we have a new deal, we'll email it to you.

Why do I need to register after I’ve subscribed to receive deals?
When you sign up, you only sign up to receive the JumpUpon deal alerts. In order to jump on and use a deal, you need to be registered. After you’ve signed up to receive our JumpUpon alerts, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your registration. Simply click on the link and set up your account.

How do I redeem deals?
To redeem your deal, present either your printed voucher or your mobile phone at the business to receive the deal.

How many deals per day will I receive?
That depends on the number of businesses that want to advertise for a given day in your area. Unlike other deal sites, JumpUpon does not limit deals to one per day.

Can I limit the amount of deals I receive?
Sure. Login with your login and password, go to My Account, located in the top right of the website, and there you can limit the total amount of deals you'd like to receive in a day.

How do I pay for deals?
Unlike deals on other deal sites, our deals cost nothing to obtain the actual voucher. You don’t need to pay for a deal in advance and risk that you lose money because your deal expires before you were able to use it. Simply present either your printed voucher or your mobile phone at the business to receive the deal.

Do I have to use deals the day I get them?
That depends on the expiration date of the deal, which is totally up to the business. Deals could be delivered any minute and could last for a few hours to a few years.

Can I get a deal for a friend?
Sure. The JumpUpon doesn’t have your name on it, so you can use it either yourself or give it to a friend.

Can I get more than 1 voucher?
You can get more than 1 voucher if the business allows it. A business can specify any limits per person. Check the Fine Print of the deal for details.

Do I have to print my voucher?
No. To redeem your deal, present either your printed voucher or your mobile phone at the business to receive the deal.

Does my voucher expire?
That depends on the deal. Vouchers could last for a few hours to a few years. Check the Fine Print of the deal for details.

What if my voucher expires before I use it?
Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do. But hey, unlike deals from other deal sites, our vouchers are 100% free. You don’t need to pay for a deal in advance and risk that you lose money because your deal expires before you were able to use it.

Can I use my voucher with offers or specials?
That depends on the deal. Check the Fine Print of the deal for details.

I subscribed/registered but am not receiving deals?
If you don't see our emails, check your spam or bulk mail folder and be sure to add mail@jumpupon.com to your address book or safe senders list so that our emails make it through to you. If you didn't confirm your account, you won't receive any deals until you do. If you need another confirmation email resent, click here and we will send you another one.

How can I subscribe to receive deals?

How do I register in order to use deals?
You can register here. After you’ve registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your registration. Simply click on the link and set up your account.

I subscribed/registered but never received my confirmation email?
If you don't see the email, check your spam or bulk mail folder and be sure to add mail@jumpupon.com to your address book or safe senders list so that our emails make it through to you. If you still don't see the confirmation email, click here and we will send you another one.

How can I update/edit my information or manage my account?
Login with your email and password, go to My Account, located in the top right of the website, and update your information.

How can I unsubscribe from JumpUpon?
To unsubscribe from our JumpUpon newsletter, click on the unsubscribe button in the email.

I forgot my login/password
Click here if you forgot your login/password and enter the email address you used when you created your account. We will send you an email with further instructions.
